For cancellations

You can raise cancellations to us within 1 hour of placing the order along with the reason for cancellation. If the order is a prepaid order the refund shall be credited to your account in 4-7 working days.

For returns and refund

We do not accept returns as these are food products once delivered, they cannot be returned.
Also, for Dosa Khakhras, if there is an outside Hyderabad delivery, please know that there are 30% chance of the product breaking. So, please order at your convenience.
